We specialize in the design, implementation and maintenance of both basic and advanced network solutions for Colorado businesses. Our goal is to really understand what your company needs from your information systems and then devise the best solution for you. Depending on your specific situation we may recommend a certain piece of specialized software, a new way of networking your existing computers or the addition of a network server. No matter how large or small your challenge, WCS can help your organization with everything from strategic planning to the day-to-day operation of your computer systems.

We have a team of experienced engineers who can perform a free assessment of your network, and recommend specific steps to improve the reliability of your network and computer systems. Because of our engineers experience, we can support the vast majority of hardware you may have in your office, as well as many different operating systems including most versions of Unix (Linux, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX), all versions of Microsoft DOS and Windows, and the Apple Macintosh OS, including OS X.

Billing Rates and Practices

» We have a minimum charge of one hour. The only exceptions to this are if we are called out to your site, and arrive to find that there is no work for us to do, or we complete our work in an extremely short amount of time (5 minutes or less), we will only charge you $50.

» Our standard rate for computer work and basic networking is $95 per hour.

» Advanced networking and Unix work is billed at $125 per hour.

» Work performed on the weekends, before 7:00 am or after 6:00 pm is billed at time-and-a-half of whichever rate is applicable. For $95 per hour work, the rate would therefore be $142.50 per hour, and $125 per hour work would be $187.50 per hour.

» We do not normally charge any kind of trip fees, and our billable time begins when we arrive at your location. The one exception to this is if we need to travel for an hour or more to reach your location. In that case our billable time begins as soon as we leave our office, and does not stop until we return.
